Neve Golan Daycare was established in 1982 by the Tel Aviv municipality and takes care of 40 children, some of them are members of the Ethiopian community. The daycare's manager is Mrs. Tali Mahart-Mula.

Tali made an Aliyah from Ethiopia in 1991. On Kislev 5768 (2008) she graduated her B.Ed, specializing in Communication and Educational Consulting at 'Orot Israel' College Magna Cum Laude, and is now studying towards her master's degree at Bar-Ilan University in the Children Development and Consulting program.
Tali made some dramatic changes since she started managing the daycare, and she is certainly the right person at the right place. Her great motivation in organizing innovative and interesting activities, invigorating work methods and promoting a high standards' agenda contributes significantly to the children's education and well-being.
