"Emunah is not only the largest national-religious organization, in its range of activities and its institutions spread throughout the country but is, in fact, the main movement that carries on its shoulders the entire national religious public". The Minister stressed that he is proud to represent principles and the social, educational and cultural standards of Emunah, and that it would be a great privilege for him to represent the organization at any time – Vis-à-vis the government and its institutions and in the Knesset.
On Monday, Teveth 18th 5770 5/1/2010, The Minister of Science and Technology and his team visited the Emunah Children's Home Achuzat Sarah in Bnei Brak, Emunah's Multi Purpose Day Care Center in Petah Tiqwa the Meitav Family Counseling Center, and Ma'ayan Rivka, a senior citizens' restaurant that, for over twenty years, has provided daily meals and a warm environment for dozens of elderly people in Petah Tiqwa. During his visit the Minister was accompanied by Emunah's chairperson, Liora Minka and her Deputy, Head of the Family Department, Rina Wasserman, CEO David Hadari, Head of the Organization Department, Nava Gilo, Head of the Early Education Department, Rivka Klein, former MK Nissan Slomiansky, and administrative officials and volunteers of each of the major institutions.

Emunah's chairperson, Liora Minka, stressed that in the last few years Emunah's leaders are making tremendous efforts to deal as professionally as possible with formerly unmentionable issues, which weren't dealt with in the past. "We bring issues out in the open, and deal successfully with a variety of issues in various fields, such as religion, society, family, education and culture, without making assumptions and without giving up".

The Minister received comprehensive reviews of each institution he visited from the directors - including Shmuel Ron, the director of the Achuzat Sarah Children's Home in Bnei Brak and Ada Krell, chairperson of the Petah Tiqwa branch and Ma'ayan Rivka. Towards the end of the day, the Minister summed up his impressions and said that, although he is acquainted with Emunah's various institutions and activities for many years, he now realizes that in light of the vast range of facilities, large number of workers, volunteers, and the number of citizens that benefit from Emunah' services his knowledge about Emunah was incomplete.
